Apa yang bakal kalian lakukan di hari terakhir sebelum meninggal?

Berawal dari munculnya perusahaan Death-Cast yg memberi kabar ke orang 24 jam sebelum meninggal. Awal launching langsung kontroversial dong

Tbh I didn't love it, but I didn't hate it, I loved the plot of the story I just got bored half way through as it dragged on, having to force myself to finish the book. In my opinion it wasn't as great as they both die in the end but it's wasn't horrible. And the way both stories tie in with each other I love that

This is the kind of book that will sot with you for awhile. It does answer some questions I had after the first book. It is as beautifully written and lyrical and heartbreaking as the first. I like having more POVs than before and a wink and nods to the first book (hello baby Mateo). Just like with the first it really forces you to confront your mortality. Seeing the start of deathcast explores the idea of would you sign up to know if that was an option where it was already so ingrained in the culture in the first book. I like that they were written out of order. There are so many things that are a given in our culture now, like social media being a big one. If we knew then what we know now would that change how we (individually and as a society) handle social media? What about being able to predict people’s death day? We saw 10 years in and then the beginning.

“They both die at the end” was the original book that got me into reading. I never thought anything could come close to it. But this book was extraordinary.

This book broke my heart, I sobbed at multiple points of this book.

I somehow finished this book in 2 sittings, even though it had 550 pages and a hardback book!!!

Valentino & Orion’s story was so cute and tragic. They are truly soulmates.
