Not the most well-written story, but decent enough to make it through. I was genuinely mad at the beginning when I read the party scene. So very wrong of the three adults in the dynamic. I’m glad Sophie left them & did what needed to be done. When it was resolved, I was glad to see the development they all made.

As with the first book in this series I struggled with aspects of this book.
Sophia’s wants and safety were regularly ignored. Sex was used as a punishment and consent was dubious at times not to mention taking her to a party and leaving her alone when she was inexperienced and out of her depth which did end with her getting hurt.
There were a lot of emotional parts in this book and I was happy with the ending but not sure I’d rush to read it again.

Love,love this book, i hope the author writes something with fae, werewolves or vampires, i don't even care if it's spicy.
