It was nice to hear what happens after they finally meet again.

I fell in love with Just One Day and it's beautiful fluff and accidents and then came Just One Year... I went in thinking it was a sequel to Just One Day but it was merely a retelling in Willem's point of view. I was...okay but I was expecting so much more so it was a let down but thank god for Just One Night because it quenched my thirst and I am so happy with the ending! It wrapped up all loose threads and made me so happy I didn't give up entirely.

Just One Day - 5/5 stars
Just One Year - 3/5 stars
Just One Night - ..............6/5 stars!

I was so happy that they ended up together which we knew would happen but I loved how Gayle Forman had every character we fell in love with embedded into the story.

And the fact that Allyson was driving Willem crazy with her "sexual" foot play made me laugh so hard!

This e-book was perfect...just right.

One complaint I do have is that I wish this e-book was available in paperback

I was so happy when I heard this half book was happening. I always want to know what happens next in books and I definitely had to know what happened after the door closed. I have to disagree with some reviews that I read that said that "Just One Year" was terrible because you still don't get to find out what happens next.
I think it was necessary for Willem to go on his journey to find Allyson before they can fully be together. This book does a good job of filling in the gaps and getting into the heads of other characters to find out how they are truly feeling about the situation. I enjoyed getting all the sides of the story of how Willem and Allyson finally found each other. I do feel that these two are now ready to be with each other. I was so happy when Allyson found out about Willem's job in New York. You definitely could feel her happiness. I will always want to know what happens next, but I am satisfied with this short story. You can tell that they will be together and make each other happy. I don't need more books to tell me that much (although I would love another one!). Willem and Allyson finally finding each other and all that comes after the door is closed is a perfect ending to their story.

Online this conclusion, but I think it's a shame Allyson's mother didn't show up in the book, that would've been fun!!!!

so ok, i ddidn't like just one day that much. But the ending left me hanging
So of course i wanted to read the novella to see what happens next.
And OMG i'm not even gonna add it to my challenge because it's not worth it.
Speaking of which my major problem with this book it felt like it's just for fan service. I couldn't believe the book was written by gayle but then again so just one day too. But this was so so much worse.
The writing felt like a beginner's and so choppy one paragraph from his pov and the other from her. If sge wrote it in his or her pov alone i would maybe like it more.
God it felt like a nightmare going through it!
I'm disappointed in this series for sure, i hope her new book doesn't disappoint me too

I read the first two books in this series years ago and didn’t even know a third one would be coming out. I had accepted that the first two were the end of it and I’d never know what happened with Allyson and Willem. It was a nice short wrap-up of the series I didn’t know I needed but definitely appreciated. I should go back and read the first to again now

Cute. This could have just been part of the last book, though. Wonder if there I'll be a third book...
