I really enjoyed this. I love a good grumpy/Sunshine billionaire romance.

Rowan was such a jerk at the beginning and meeting Zara just made his heart grow so much. It's a trope that I love. I typically don't love a miscommunication trope or a third act breakup but I will make an exception for this book.

But I need to know if Lance ended up going to Shanghai. LAUREN, I NEED ANSWERS!

- Grumpy/Sunshine
- Billionaire Romance
- Posessive MMC
- Emotionally damaged MMC
- Miscommunication

I’m not sure what people were expecting from a contemporary romance with the billionaire boss trope. It was a dang fun contemporary romance. Made me laugh, cry, smile and it wasn’t stressful. I thought it was well done. Sometimes a book doesn’t need to be complicated or even overly deep, sometimes I just want a darn good love story and that’s what you get in this book. Uncomplicated, not stressful, emotionally lovely, romance.

It’s only about 🌶️🌶️ of spice :)
