I’m one of Lisa Jewell’s fan! Although not all her books were 5 stars to me, I can say she’s the type of author who cannot let you go down low (something like disappoint, if you know what what I mean). I think this is not one of her bests but definitely good enough to keep you interested in turning the page. Can I just say I love one character amongst everyone (there’s a lot) that’s being presented as a POV on this book, OWEN! Love love that weird guy. Love how he answers the questions when he was interrogated, the sarcasm and the authenticity! He reminds me of the Andrew character in Catherine Howard’s “Rewind” book. Owen or Clive is actually the main driver as to why I’m giving this 4 stars! Another “popcorn thriller” for me.

third lisa jewell book in a row because they're brilliant.

this one was another mystery - i really didnt know how it was going to go but i found the characters to be a lot more likeable in general. other than the obviously unlikeable ones.

a nice resolution. other than the lingering and very unsettling doubt on the final few pages!

i love reading books like this. give me more

A lot of this book could have been avoided if Saffyre had confided in someone sooner or if Josh said something sooner or if literally anyone said something sooner. It was a really long dragged out plot for like nothing to have happened.
I feel like the only character to learn anything was Owen and that is disappointing cause he sucked as a person

Invisible Girl is definitely my favorite out of all of the Lisa Jewell books that I've read so far! :)

My rating/score: 5 out of 5 stars on Goodreads / 10 out of 10 on my own scoring system.
