this book was definitely a good one, but not as good as the first book on rose and connor. i liked the development of their relationship, everyone else’s issues, motherhood, and the calloway works, BUT it just lacked SOMETHING, from what i remember from it (i’m writing this way after i finished the book) uhhh i won’t be reading the last book, it’s not up my alley tbh: rate this a 3 stars because of connor’s scheming and scott and everyone’s development, especially connor and ryke’s

Note: This review is for an ARC and is my unbiased opinion.

Connor and Rose Cobalt are the perfect power couple. That’s it. That’s all I have to say.
No, but seriously! They’re the fiercest book couple I’ve met. Connor and Rose are smarter, better looking, and more accomplished than everyone else. They fight for those they love and leave a trail of bodies behind. And their banter…Sigh. Just reading the words
“Richard.”
“Rose.”
has the ability to make me swoon. I love them so much!
I do have to admit this book stressed me out most of the time I spent reading it. Connor and Rose went through some intense situations. I even thought I might need a break from the series after it, but by the end I wanted to dive right into the next book. All of these books were that way for me. It’s such a great New Adult series. I want everyone to read it!
As for the added bonus content... It was the BEST so far! I adored the bonus chapter and all of the birthday stuff that was included. I hope the authors keep adding stuff like this to the remainder of the traditionally published editions.

Fuel the fire was so unlike kiss the sky and I can’t wrap my head around how much more I loved it. I expected to laugh, be entertained, see the growth that followed after addicted after all, and some drama—but I didn’t expect to get emotional?! I just wanted to hug Connor and rose

“There are rare people who will fuel the fire inside of you, who will awaken a dormant passion, who will challenge you, who will push you and better you. She alone is my rarity.

Connor and roses strength and new found vulnerability in letting their guard down was incredibly bittersweet to witness—I loved it

it took me such a long time to read this book for some reason, there wasn’t really a lot happening for the majority of the book but Connor’s storyline was super important and the way that everyone protects Daisy will always hit me right in the feels

Rose & Connor are just amazing aren’t they?
