More like a 3.75. Entertaining enough to keep reading, but ineffective wrap up.

Coming-of-age comic (no pun intended), beslist de moeite van het lezen waard.

This was an interesting graphic novel that had elements of magic realism in it. I really enjoyed it and it made me want to read the Scott Pilgrim series. 4/5 Stars.

This is a book about making mistakes and accepting them, which is a core lesson to adulthood and one of the most classic themes in a time travel story. Still, it's a charming book, with excellent art and compelling, wonderfully executed narrative. And what is a story besides its telling? I liked it. Laughed, cried, was moved by the friendship. What more could I ask?
Very much recommended. Preferably, read the bulky physical book, since the art is too stunning not to see it in print.
