If you were engaged by the recent story of Richard 3rds discovery in a Leicester car park this is probably a great place to start to discover the real story of the princes in the tower and the Tudor whitewash of history. The premise is a police inspector solves the mystery from his hospital bed, a bit dated but I enjoyed it and will look for more books on this period!

I was bored beyond belief... the only mystery here is how the fuck this was voted #1 in the crime writers associations Top 100 Crime Novels of All Time

I thoroughly enjoyed this historical/modern mystery. The death of the princes has always been a vile crime with Richard being vilified. The story is fun and informative.

Hard to get into if you don't know much of English history. However it is a tale of the importance of the critical study of history, the consideration of the point of view. A story of "tonypandy," of uncovering the true villain of a well known story.

I had so much fun reading this. Unfortunately, my English history is weak, but I knew the basic story of "evil" King Richard III, and that his famous murder may or may not have actually happened. Sometime, I will have to read more about it.
