i dont know if the fact that the plot is 20 years in the making is genius or just an inability to go straight to the core of the story instead of filling it with redundant family drama on the author's part

el mejor hasta ahora. se podían intuir los engranajes girando en todo momento, y el final ha estado a la altura de lo prometido. me ha gustado muchísimo cómo la casa de oscar y elinor se ha convertido en un personaje por derecho propio, y cómo el río ha ido ganando más y más protagonismo si cabe como elemento definitorio del destino del pueblo. muy interesante también el conflicto miriam vs. frances y el consiguiente conflicto miriam vs. elinor. me lo he leído casi del tirón.
