This was such a bizarre, but interesting read. The author weaves together reality, dreams, and flashbacks... but in a way that doesn't always feel very coherent. For a shorter novel, the book is definitely substantial and is more than a quick read. The way the story ties together in the end and shows history repeating itself is interesting, but some of the plot lines missed the mark for me personally.
