Enjoyable read- ending was surprising but made sense. Characters worked well and felt fleshed out.

Never Saw Me Coming is a twisted novel about a group of physiological college students. The intent is to study them and find a way to help them feel normal feelings.

Reading a book like this lets you into the mind, a little bit, of the characters. You see them acting as they think they should act but still have bad intentions. In the end you wonder what will happen with the study participants in the future.

definitely making my list of favorite thrillers of the year. if you read enough thrillers, and i definitely do, they can start to feel formulaic and repetitive. until you read one that feels different, and it stand out. that was definitely this book. it felt new and fresh and original. i loved the plot and all the unlikable characters. i mean being inside chloe’s head was really something, and honestly, i enjoyed every second of it. it’s the kind of book i wish i could read for the first time again.

Never Saw Me Coming is the perfect definition of a page turner. This is a book that had me sneaking pages in when I should have been doing something else.

Chloe is about to start her freshman year of college in DC. Just like many other students - only there’s something different about Chloe. She’s attending on a full scholarship because she’s a psychopath. She agreed to be part of a program where she would take part in a study and in exchange her school was fully paid for. Sounds great! Until one of the other students in the program is found murdered.

Where are all my Jane Doe fans?? If you loved that book, you need to meet Chloe! I loved this book that had me questioning everyone.

Thank you to the publisher and Netgalley for the advance reading copy.

I have to admit, I was truly impressed with the book. I was mostly reading romances lately, so I wasn't sure, I would be in the proper mindset for a thriller, but this one was written really well. Even if they were psychopaths Chloe, Charles and Andre were fairly interesting characters who got me really engaged with the story. I enjoyed the main investigation of the serial killer as well as Chloe's revenge subplot. The book had some romance or very tame spicy parts so that was also a treat. But it did contain cheating so
