Like others, found the Emily character underdeveloped and didn’t love the ending. Would love to have just heard more from Rachel or cut the book by a few hundred pages. Couldn’t put it down toward the end but by then I cared more about Rachel’s backstory and less about who killed their husband

such a great book, got me into reading. 

so the book is about three wives of Blake. it does this great thing where it switches perspective between the wives. Blake dies and one of his wives killed him  and the whole book just trying to unravel the mystery behind his death. 

there are a lot of religious themes (since the main cast of characters are Mormon) but as a not religious person i don’t think it gets in the way of story too much, like some things are important to the plot.

also there is this cult thing that happened so warning??

in the beginning i was a bit confused but all of the wives are in a polyamory relationship with Blake but do not get along themselves.

i don’t know much if this is actually a good book since i’m not much of a reader but i loved it dearly. i had a joy reading it. it was special so i would recommend it :)

From the first five minutes of me starting this book, I was hooked and knew exactly how I wanted it to end. While I didn't get exactly what I wanted, I got pretty damn close. Great ploy twists, keeps you hooked the entire way through.
