It was like a fast-paced thriller condensed into 124 pages (I've only just cottoned on the the term "bookshots"..... der.....).

I'll read James Patterson again.

Take it from me...

I guess I should start by saying that I am not a fan of the suspense/horror/mystery genre. I’m pretty much a scaredy-cat so a bookshot is as much murder and action that I can handle. This story reeled me in and kept me there and had I have taken the time I absolutely could have swallowed this up in a couple of hours. I thought there would be a romantic storyline hidden somewhere within the storyline, but I was wrong about that. I still thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend this to everyone and anyone who either likes James Patterson, is a bookshot fan, or likes the whole action/suspense/murder genre.

Not worth your time or money -2*

This is supposedly a book, which you can read in one sitting (because it's 100ish pages). Well I read the 400ish paged Private book yesterday and I read that in one sitting and that was 1000 times better. So that was the first thing that annoyed me.

The second thing that annoyed me - the plot. It was so predictable and boring. I can't believe that this was actually released under the Private series. What a disgrace. I gave it 2* because of my main man Jack Morgan.

I haven't enjoyed very many of the bookshots but I keep trying them hoping that will change. With Private Royals it did, the story is short and moves quickly but I enjoyed it and would reccommend.
