This book was super repetitive

HES like “Shes 19” every two seconds and they break up quite often. It got tense at times, but was rather quick and easy. The playlist in the beginning of the book, in my opinion, does NOT match the story at all. It’s such an odd playlist and does not give those vibes. Took me two days to finish, could’ve been better but I love the taboo stuff!

This is another stereotypical erotic novel.
The blurb sucked me in but the story was just another of ambiguously abusive male with issues that the woman is in charge of curing.

The book was driven by the erotica, it fell back on it as there was no strength in its character development or plot.

There was so many things introduced in the beginning of the book that were never talked about again. I know it’s roughly 200 pages but Jesus, throw a few more pages in and have some bloody development.

I won’t be reading the rest of the series.

“She was my Halley’s Comet. Only coming once in a lifetime.”

Age-gap? Forbidden romance? Spice?  When I started this book I knew it was going to be interesting. I liked how it actually had a decent plot. There were frustrating parts but I understand that it was part of the process lol. I also liked how it tackled how is it like dealing with someone like Cal… who had been through a lot. Loved Oak and Cal so much.
