I really enjoyed this book. Took me a while to read it not because it was boring but because I do have a life. I felt sorry for London all the pain she had to endure in her marriage. No woman should have to go through what she went through. Hova or Jake whatever you want to call him got what he deserved. Great read!!!

When I tell you that this book was sooooo good. A one day read. It was sexy, thrilling, action packed. I just really hate how it ended with tragedy. I cried all the way to the end.

I finished this book fairly quickly, the story was quite captivating. It was a great mindless read…However, I did find it very unrealistic though in the way the main characters fell for each other so fast despite both having jaded pasts. Also their world was way too small!!

This book was recommended by my best friend and I was on the fence about the book but I’m glad I decided to read it. Tears in my eyes from time to time while reading. Such a different book for me to read. Definitely ready for the next.

I didn't know what to expect with this book. I know it would have a lot of drama and it didn't disappoint in that area at all. I knew the story was about a woman who was in an abusive marriage (aka The Trophy Wife), but there is so much more going on in this book. She is just the catalyst that sparks the ending. I also I didn't expect the authors to put themselves into the story but I thought it was a nice touch.

The story is about a man name Kalil, who was recently released from prison and he never wants to go back. He was behind bars for 4 years and many things have changed for him. This was a quick read for me. I wish the story didn't end the way that it did but overall it was very good.

I loved this book. Fast past, action-packed and wil have you on the edge waiting to get to the end. Kalil and London should have had a chance but the were tied to close and before they knew it, it was too late 😭
