This is the final issue of a bloody thrilling horror miniseries, and it absolutely pays off! The team accomplishes creating a fulfilling lore and history for their creature, and the characters were compelling enough to follow into any scenario that they were thrown into. Not to mention, the art is rendered with such a passion for its required noir/horror elements, and the nostalgic coloring exemplified the themes and genre perfectly.

I forgot why I hate mini-series — it’s cause they’re mini.
