I have such mixed feelings about the shannarah chronicles and Terry Brooks writing. I really enjoy the stories and characters but his books are so short and fast it feels like reading work from an amateur author. This book I enjoyed the characters were more interesting to me and I liked following Wren's part in this journy but it did still feel rushed.
