I wanted to like this as I'd read some good reviews and recommendations for it. But I struggled through it and gave up about 3/4 in. I felt like the book was a little bit about him, and lot about him meeting famous people, and that stuff bores me. So sorry Adam Hills I like you but I didn't like your book.

Adam Hills... this book is so good! Absolutely recommend the audio book too, read by Adam it adds to it. I loved hearing stories about Spicks and Specks ,The Last Leg and travels with other comedians. Certainly gave me a laugh.

Hmm. This book is well written, and well read by Adam. He comes across as affable and likable. The thing is, like many memoirs, he focusses on certain things and almost entirely fails to talk about others. Which is fine! In this case, Adam focussed on his career, celebrities he has met, and disability activism. He mentions his wife for all of one paragraph, and his daughters twice. He does not talk about how he lived half the year in England and half in Australia, or many of his personal relationships. Instead he rehashes old shows. This is fine, if that's what you are interested in. I would have liked more of the relationship stuff. It was still a good listen.
