It's a sit and savor kind of book filled with exercises, guiding questions, and most importantly for me, quotes that remind me that I am not alone in this life. I definitely view it as something to read over time!

I read this book to learn strategies for somatic awareness, and it was immediately useful. I recommend the audio book for the guided meditations.
