I thought it was a really cute book, like always Sarah Dessen knows how to touch on real-world problems without sounding ungenuine

Sarah Dessen has done it again, she has written a fantastic novel with realistic characters and realistic problems. She has warmed our hearts with this story and broke them too. Remy sometimes came across as a cold hearted bitch but she has reasons too, she didn't want to get hurt like every other girl out there, she constructed her heart to be bullet proof but then Dexter came into the picture and shook everything up. This Lullaby is a perfect novel for someone who has been through many heartbreaks, how even if it seems impossible, love can happen and can be wonderful.

I almost want to give this an extra star just for that *Awwwwww* factor, which this book definitely has. It's beautiful, how accurately Sarah Dessen can portray an average teenager without too much angst and anger, but also without too much naivety.
I thought this was a great story about family and about first (real) loves.

This first Sarah Dessen book I ever read and I've been a fan ever since. I love the characters and when I was younger and first read this book, I felt that I could really relate to Remy. My only wish was that she would have given a little more at the end of the book so we would know what happened to the characters...I wish she would write another book with Remy in it or that at least mentions her the way her books about Colby have character cameos in them. My other favorite Sarah Dessen book is Lock and Key. I do sometimes long for more variety in Sarah Dessen's more recent books but overall I think she is great.

I did not like any of the characters.  I feel Remy was too back and forth and stereotypical. It was hard to finish because I no longer cared by the end of it.
