I was actually very surprised by this book. I know a lot of people were crazy about it but this is not my normal go to. But WOW! I really loved it. :)

I wanted to love this but it’s only alright. I was compelled to read. And I loved the nods to the other books Jenkins’ has wrote previously. Where this falls short for me is real substance. You get the feeling that more important conversations were happening off screen, but without them the narrative is only so-so!
