This certainly isn't a bad cookbook, it just didn't deliver on what I was expecting. There are a lot of northern European recipes; and there's generally not as much flavor as I want (read: fun spices the world over), or maybe the flavors are not to my liking. I think I would be excited about more recipes if I could eat wheat. But I can't, so many of these recipes are a bummer.
