The professor / student pairing heats up. More forbidden spiciness and lots of pining. A new mystery presents itself. And my favorite secondary character starts to become more important to the plot. So much fun. 🌶️🌶️🌶️

again im just reading this for a good time lmao… also these books are kinda long for no reason like the first half to middle is barely any plot and all the action and good stuff is at the end which is understandable but there’s too much exposition. 

also can we talk about the tokenism of diego… 

and the fact that this series lacks diversity when there’s so many species of fae ??? there’s one poc in this whole series and he’s a bad guy (max rigel), the vega twins and diego are latine but they’re white so does that even count,,,

let’s also mention the fact that lance is like 26 and darcy is 18… at least tory is flirting with people her age not that it makes it any better cause she has terrible taste (abusers).

I'm really enjoying this series. Really my biggest issue is the diversity or lack there of. If bully romance is not your thing, don't even bother with these. It says it in content warnings, but I've multiple people complain about the bullying. So here's another warning
