I pulled this book off a staff list for Mental Health Awareness Month. The concept caught my eye, so I thought I would try it. My impatience with some of the storytelling prompted me to skim and skip through the last few chapters. There may be some nuggets in here for some person, and I agree with the book's premise.

I LOVE the idea that this book puts forth—namely, we should write thank you letters to those people and place and institutions that have mattered to us. I have not quite executed the ambitious plans I made after reading it—but I do recommend it.
