Spread after spread of little animals bedding down for the night. Can you yawn like a panda? like a penguin? like a kangaroo?

Nothing earth-shattering but it will make your child yawn at bedtime!

2.5 Stars rounded up. This book is only rated as OK or slightly below average from me. I agree that the illustrations are fantastic, but the diction leaves much to be desired. I wonder at how intentional the repetition was; however, it did leave me feeling disappointed the first time I read this to my nephew. Also, I agree with other reviewers who said that it made them sleepier than the child: somehow I don't call that hitting the target audience.
