It's been a long time since a novels made me as desperate for the full length novel as this has.
This was hot and the FMC completely stole my heart. She is a certified BAMF and I'm totally here for it. The MMC is hot hot hot and this novella is single handedly responsible for my new tattoo fantasy.
I hope the full length novel is just as amazing as this novella was. I highly enjoyed and fully recommend.

She did it again
Jade is a master at incorporating rough therapy worthy themes, spice, plot, badass deep characters, and a vivid, vibrant world in stories that are quick to read and easy to fall inlove with.
This is a short Novella and like a fool, I thought this was the book where she wouldn't make me take a deep breath or cause my eyes to water... no, never with Jade.
Also... the dirty talk in Spanish....Made me Melt, as did the fact that he's lowkey feito. That above all sold me on Benny.
So excited to continue this series.

This is my first mc romance! One of my first pure romances as I start on this romance journey. The writing Yale isn’t exactly my thing because I tend to like more fantasy styles, but I found it fast paced and fun and interesting. It held my attention. I loved the badass rage filled fmc for sure. Obviously wish it was lesbians but I wish everything was lesbians.
EDIT: as the rush fades I think for quality this should be a 3.5 but I’m leaving it a four bc I was entertained and personally enjoyed it

Xiomara needs to keep a job to help her family. But her blackout rage when she's threatened or taken advantage of has led to several incidents that have left her unemployed. This tattoo parlor owned by Ink, a member of the Los Diablos MC, is her last shot. But can she put up with her mean and brooding boss?
I loved this entire story. I love Xiomara's commitment, and her fierce protectiveness over her mother and family. She stood up for herself the whole way, and defended Ink, the shop, and herself. She was tough and fierce. Ink was just as strong and silent as I expected, took no mess and his temper was short. But he protected what was his, and he claimed his woman as soon as he knew how he felt. His possessiveness wasn't overkill because it went with his personality and the story. He understood Xiomara and never wanted to change her. He helped her family and took the weight off her. That was romantic. Plus, they were hot. Great story.

Ink had no need to be an asshole upon just meeting Xiomara, however, it was love at first sight for him. Xiomara is not only a spitfire, she’s bad ass. Taking out three men with a baseball bat and then being in a shoot out. She didn’t need any prospect like she told Ink, and he should’ve believed her. Also, the tattoo/fuck scene? *chef’s muthafuckin kiss*
