I like this one slightly less than the first book but it was still really great!

These books have no business being as fun as they are. You don't need to read the first one to enjoy this one, but it doesn't hurt to start at the beginning to get a good feel for the characters. These are the books I read between other books, because they are fast, light, and fun. This one has some serious things going down, but the ending is a good one.

I just love this series, they are so funny and heartfelt. I love that Mack and Liv both found their match and someone that can see through all of their crap.

Did they really turn the national anthem into something I’ll never hear the same way again?!
I had a big gap between the first one and this one and didn’t really feel like it was a big deal. Definitely read them in order because couple spoilers but otherwise not super important to remember every detail of the previous book.

Also the Russian?
Relatable babe. Cheese and milk products🥲💀

Fun, simple little romance. The secondary plot of a predatory celebrity chef was an interesting story. The conflict felt forced especially against such a serious topic. I didnt love this one as much as the first in the series. but overall it's a fun, quick read.

I liked this one even better than the first! It deals with some really heavy and triggering topics though, but I think it was well handled.
