All'ultima pagina mi è scoppiato il cuore di tenerezza, come farò senza Artemis Fowl.

I loved this book, it is a great addition to the whole Artemis Fowl series. I enjoyed all of the little extras and the new short stories.

A brief addition to the Artemis Fowl series meant to fill the gap between Eternity Code and the next book. It includes extra tidbits about the characters that young readers may enjoy, but the main features are two short stories. At the time of publication, these were merely character studies that may have contributed to one's knowledge of the characters but we're not required reading to understand the series.
SpoilerHowever, the first story (a prequel about how Holly joined Recon) sets up the main events in a future installment.
I would suggest checking out at least the first story to any fans who have not read it yet.

One of the best novellas/add on books I've read! A testament to what an incredible author Eoin Colfer is. I smiled, laughed, cried, and just had a good time being pulled right back into the world of Artemis Fowl and the fairy people.

The story at the begging of Holly Short, Trouble Kelp, and Julius Root is my favorite interaction of these three ever! What a wonderfully unexpected little trio.

Then The Seventh Dwarf at the end. We go back to Artemis Fowl and his devious little mind at the begging of his journey. I loved it. This is the Artemis I love. So fun, witty, and he even had me teary eyed at the end.

I need more!!!

Yes I can hear you, I give a lot of five stars. Books are just a lot of fun and they are good! I especially enjoyed finally reading about Holly’s initiation.

It was so fun to get lost in this world again and learn more about Artemis, Mulch, Butler, Holly, and everyone else! I adore books like this and it was such a fun, quick read. I wish it had been longer! Mr. Colfer has such an imagination and this book was proof of that. I would read this again any day. It was funny, well written, and engaging. easily 5 out of 5 stars.

Very commercial book. Fun little stories in it, but not very intriguing like the full-length books are. It is a fun read, but not much more than that.
