Could not hold my attention, have read an enemies to lovers bridal party book before so it didn’t seem like anything special

Have the time I didn’t know what kind of book it was. After a while I just started skimming. Honestly I wanted to dnf after reading some of the character names
sarayo2001's review against another edition
It was just bad. The characters were dumb, and the writing was sub-par. I rarely DNF, but I could not get through this one.

DNF at 40%.. the characters and plot are annoying and ridiculous. The writing style is just not captivating for me. If I pushed myself to finish I might’ve rated it like a 2.5 star, but I don’t think it’s worth the time unfortunately

I'm glad I read the reviews of this book or I would've stopped reading it pretty quickly. The first 3rd of the book (the wedding) is kind of horrible - way more frenetic than funny. It does get better. In fact, the last two thirds are pretty much a different book. Even the heroine acts differently. I liked her family - especially her brothers - and was happy I stuck with it.
Themes: upstairs/downstairs, family, Brooklyn, destination wedding, billionaire
