I learned a lot of from this book.

But I was frustrated with its structure.

It reads like a personal journal, which isn’t a bad thing, but is a bit jumbled.

It jumps back and forth in terms of time period and topic of discussion and then just sort of ends.

But, again, I learned a lot while reading this.

This book kinda blew me away. I hadn’t read anything like it before. Heartstopper opened me up to the world of graphic novels in the queer space. The story was very captivating and really got me to latch on. I hope people don’t judge a book by it’s cover but take the time to actually read and appreciate a unique perspective they may not be used to.

A must read for everyone questioning their sexuality, and those who love them. Honestly, I think everyone should read it because everyone should question their own understanding of gender and sexuality! It was amazing and made me feel seen and more understanding of my own confusion.
