The characters in this book seem narrowly focused on romance and relationships. These ideas are never really discussed or examined but I feel that the book would have been better off if it had. The setting of the story is never really described either.

Before I start I would like to say TEAM CONRAD and that I  was hesitant to pick up this book (I rlly dont know why) but once I did I rlly liked it, I finished it in around 2 days and the whole book series in 1.5, and I’d say that overall it was amazing and had me hooked on the first book, I read the book b4 the show and i prefer the book I’m Team Conrad in both but in the first book I was whatever Belly wanted because my friends liked Jere, needless to say I felt like in the 3rd book was just a
downfall of Jerimiah
but I felt like the third was the slowest but had
the best ending but I wish they had some more about Conrad and her
I highly recommend this book it wasn’t that much action so out of my usual but still amazing and is one of the best books I read not sure how good this review was but everything felt nice and a amazing Summer read

I really liked this! It was cute and quick and everything I love about reading Jenny Han books! She writes such realistic characters that I (an adult) often have to remind myself that Belly is a teenager, and a young one too.
Look forward to reading the rest of the series in short order.

I didn’t expect to enjoy this book but I really did! It gave the summer vibes while giving us insight into the background of the summer house, Cousins Beach, the kids and parents. The title is so fitting for the story.
