Right down the middle. I appreciate certain aspects of the writing and, while I got the gist of what was happening the language made it difficult to really align with the character. I couldn't quite understand a lot of what she narrated but there were certain gems throughout that I wish had been able to stand out more.
As a stream of consciousness novel it definitely works, but it wasn't for me.
