The introductory chapter contains a lot of information. The author discusses the ties that colleges and mental institutions have together as well how colonization and eugenics puts things into perspective. The chapters after the introductory are more disability focused. Personally, I felt there could be more expanded upon physical disability or being more direct about the various forms of disability. The last chapter discusses college life in film. Near the end, there is the topic of sexual assault and “rape culture” on college campuses and society in general.radiergummi15's review against another edition

But seriously, read this(!) but also, be aware of the (surprise) academic vocabulary.
