Something I prepare for every time I pick up a Mhairi McFarlane book- I will be staying up late to finish it without fail. And this one was no different!

The best parts of her books are always the dialogue and banter between the characters- she writes AMAZING one liners too. This book was filled with them, especially from the best friend Lorna who is hands down my absolute favorite character in the story.

another lovely one from Mhairi McFarlane. as with her other books, I was quickly hooked and had difficulty putting it down.
