This book was to me was great to learn more about feminism. I thought overall it had a lot of great points and I think more people should read.

Everything is always connected (disability, trans, queer, abortion, etc) however doesn’t really get into the specifics of much

I found this to be an excellent primer on the intersectionality of feminist theory and criminal justice reform. The discourse presented here is that we must recognize how the prison industrial complex fuels the racist and classist systems that are most harmful to women. Great introduction to these topics and excellent resources for further study.

Thought provoking, but circuitous and a bit unclear. Abolitionism seems a broad umbrella. Gender violence not tackled as fully as the prison industrial complex.
