I’ll say 3.5

I feel like this good have been awesome if the author slowed down a bit.
Parts jump around, some things don’t make sense. There’s grammatical errors and spelling tragedies. Bullets name changes on a page twice to a completely random name.
I found myself skipping through Spicey scenes annoyed because I wanted more plot.

All in all it was okay, I’ll be checking out book 2 in hopes the editor did a better job.

Also a small plot hole
What ever happened to the angry biker ? I feel like that should have been revisited.

Fun

I liked the book, and the two main characters had some fantastic chemistry. However, what really bugged me was the dialogue. I get that rich people can be snobby and stuck up, but David meets this this and the first thing he says to her is that she spreads her legs and is a whore? Business is a lot about reputation, and speaking to strangers that way just isn't plausible. Even saying hello to this family and they would retaliate with "Don't speak to me whore. Go back to spreading your legs"
I just found that so ridiculous and over the top. Nobody acts that way. The other characters I liked, but the repetitiveness from Wolf's family really brought the book down for me. I would have liked to see more calculating meaness, just like his mother did, rather than the exaggerated, over the top dialogue that just wouldn't work in real life

This was a very enjoyable read. I loved the way it combines family, intrigue and a bit of MC into the mix. The story was developed, the characters well thought out, some great steamy scenes and there was some teasing about future potential couples.

Wolf and Ember were a special couple. I loved the independence of these characters which made the fall all the better. Bravo on the courage it takes an author to release a first book. It was a pleasure to read.

Instant attraction... And then trying to fight it? As neighbors? Okay... I'm there. This story was amazing. I do wish more bad things happened to Wolf's mom and step dad. Because that would be amazing.
