this book had me crying in the beginning. I was loving them so much and I wanted them to just get over it and be together. like so much. I loved it.

A collection of novella romances. Cute stories. Love Olivia Dade's writing. Can't miss with the Marysburg series!

Such a fun book with three novellas. I was OBSESSED with the second one...with the teacher who has their students make murder dioramas in art class! Truly iconic and now I want to see one in real life.

*Sweetest in the Gale* by Olivia Dade was a book I really wanted to love! It had all the ingredients for a great read: part of a series I'm really enjoying, about two teachers hosting a poetry awareness event together, and featuring a fiercely independent heroine.

And it did have all of those things. I found it very cute and charming. However, for me, the pacing felt a bit slow, and I wished for a bit more passion and chemistry between the characters. That said, Candy and Griff are incredibly lovable and sweet, making the story enjoyable overall.

While it wasn’t my absolute favorite out of the three I’ve read so far, it still has many delightful moments that fans of the series will appreciate.
