I was not sure I was going to like Top Secret--it’s set at a frat house, after all, and frat boys are not and never have been my jam. But I have to admit I was curious about the premise--a romance between two frat brothers, I mean come on! I also love it when romance audio books have two different narrators playing the lead roles, so I went for it. And it was so good! Keaton and Luke live in adjacent rooms at the frat house, but they don’t know each other well and actually find each other pretty annoying. Through some slightly goofy plot wrangling, they end up chatting anonymously on a dating app and falling for each other You’ve Got Mail-style, but then of course things get complicated when they realize each other’s true identity.

overall, pretty enjoyable but not that memorable. it was a cute MM romance but i've read better by this author duo and i think it could have been a little longer.

I really liked this book. It was a fast, lighthearted read, which was exactly what I wanted. I enjoyed the focus on marine biology and the uniqueness of the college majors for the two main characters. This book taught me new things about animals. I liked the focus on family relationships. I appreciated how it felt like the two character's relationship wasn't going to work out. Normally there's not much of a third act for me. I didn't like Keaton's girlfriend at first, but later on in the book she grew on me and I ended up liking her a lot. I also like the focus on different economical backgrounds. I appreciated the discussion on homophobia. If you like Elle Kennedy's other books, you'll like this too.

As always when Sarina and Elle team up for a story, you already know it's going to be bomb.

And that's the case with this book too.Sometimes you don't know you are missing something or rather you need something until it hits you right and square in the face. Most often we run away from the challenge but not Keaton. His lack of 'not freaked out' scares me and makes me want to be more like him.
Luke on the other hand will push his mundane boundaries,I mean is the guy human or a vamp?He never lets anyone in and has a hard time asking or receiving help.
How fast can you read a book written by these authors?Cause for me,it's not possible to put it down!
The tension between these two characters is insane. They have the perfect balance ,get each other and Keaton knows how to meet Luke at the point where he needs him.Luke may not like it but that's his problem.
