My favorite part is when my husband tries to pronounce Spanish.

A cute bilingual story about a goat scheming his way out of being eaten by a creature of myth.

This book is absolutely precious and the bonus bi-lingual parts are very cute and easy for anyone to try.

Wonderful story, very cute about a hungry chupacabra, and a goat who doesn’t want to be eaten. I thought it was slightly macabre but in the most lovely way for children. Absolutely loved some of the Spanish in the text and just fantastic all around. The illustrations were adorable. Loved it.

Chupacabra wants to eat a young goat. The goat tries to find other alternatives for Chupacabra’s meal, but the goat eater is adamant. The solution is adorable.

I liked the story and the illustrations, but the bilingual aspect is not as comprehensive as I expected.

It’s a fun book with great art, and some simple Spanish words. There’s a lot of repetition for some that aren’t necessarily going to come in handy (I like goats.) where they could have instead introduced a few other words.
