Standard mystery novel. Apparently a big seller in Spain though I don't see why particularly. It was fine but the ending was a little flat (re: whodunit) though we have a killer cliff hanger at the end which is fine if you want to continue the series (I don't think Hill has written the next one though I may be wrong).
