Not a bad follow up book. we finally work up to the spice in this one. I didn’t like it quite as much as the first, but it was a quick read!

Book 2 was better than book 1!!

After the end of book 1, both Haley and Jax went separate ways. Haley, made that Jax had kept things from her. and Jax was trying to help his sister get away from her abusive husband. Both struggling with different family problems that they eventually lean on each other for support.

This book gets spicier than the previous book. Jax goes at a slow pace since Haley doesn't always enjoy being touched. Their relationship gets cuter with each chapter. I was so happy for Haley to finally be kind of getting to know her dad that parts of this book just ruined me.. I was crying for her more than once!

I hope in the next book they finally get their Happily Ever After..
