At the beginning of this book, I really loved it. I felt like I could deeply relate to Connell and Marianne for their feelings of insignificance and I felt like the writing was beautiful and relatable. The last 2/3 of the book were incredibly monotonous, though. I felt like the ending was abrupt, and I was confused with what I was supposed to get out of the story in the first place.

Definitely in the top 10 of my favorite books. I think Sally Rooney just became one of my favorite authors. I loved every page...

What I do think is that the author could have gone a little deeper into issues such as mental health, abuse, and suicide. But overall I loved it!
