This was... okay. There was some valuable information, but overall disjointed and I had some issues:
-Berardi encourages telling your client to compare themselves to other people
-There is less discussion about scope of practice than I'd like
-The Q&As are just given the question, then you have to look up the answers on their website?? Just give me the answer!
-I did like that it included the basics of MI, they just didn't call it what it is.

Overall, I might not read this again with all the other literature available, but I hope it helps some other health professionals.

This book has been the most important, most useful book I've read in my entire coaching career.
It not only informs, but instructs. I doesn't just help you figure out what to do, but how to do it better than anyone. It's not a one time read, nor is it something you just sit and read. Spend 30 minutes a day, reading, taking notes, doing the work the book says when it says it and you'll experience growth beyond what any book has delivered before.

I recommend this for personal trainers, health coaches, nutritionist, doctors, dietitians, sports coaches, gym owners, and any business owner really.
