A Touch of Fate had me laughing out loud one moment, and balling my eyes out the next. Kady was just trying to get her truck to start when all of a sudden an alien spaceship crashes into her property. Who knew that alien spaceship carried her fated mate?! Who knew she was even a witch?! She didn’t! When the Men In Black come sniffing around, will she protect the alien, Black? Or will she turn him into the government? Are they even the truly government? When things take a turn for the worst, can Kady save them both?

The story and the narration were absolute perfection. Each character was unique and distinct. Gwen Cross was brilliant. Her southern accent was on point. The personality she attached to each character left me wanting to know what happens next to each character. This was brilliantly done and I loved the excerpt of Book 2 at the end left me wanting to get my hands on the next installment!

Well, I just love a book that can make me laugh. Well written and lots of curious creatures to hold your attention. If you love paranomal you should get this, be prepared to finish in one sitting as it is too much fun to put down.
