Well train rides gotta be good for something, so I finally got around to finish Wuthering Heights. I must say I finished it more out of spite than enjoyment. Every single character annoyed me in some way and made the reading hard. I did find some lovely quotes but honestly, I did not enjoy it much and doubt I will re read. I do admit though that the author is amazing and setting scenes and ambience and the book was amazing in that aspect, but I really disliked the characters.

After Of Mice and Men, this is the second book I have ever read from beginning to end that I really did not like. To be honest, the only reason I read the whole thing was because I bought it and felt obligated to at least finish it. But I didn't really care for the story or any of the characters. I kind of just wanted everyone to get killed off so I wouldn't have to read about them anymore. I thought everyone was moody and selfish and petty and I just didn't care what happened to any of them. After I read it, I sold the book to my sister.
