I started reading this wonder of a comic online and I just recently got the books. I've been rereading them over the past few days and I'm pleased to say that I'm still as enthralled by the story and world, amused and loved by the characters and amazed by the art. I could not recommend it any more highly.

This came highly recommended to me by my (very persistent) fiancé. While it's a bit info-dumpy and hard to follow, it's a lot of fun too. I'll be continuing with the series :)

The art is incredible but the story and the myth the story is based on, is really confusing. The written lore I enjoyed though. The art in of itself pushes the rating up to three stars.

I swear it took forever for me to get a clue what was happening. This was very chaotic and so hard to follow. There was, eventually, pages of exposition cleverly disguised as one character explaining much backstory to another. A little heavy handed.
I think this might be other people's cup of chaos, but it was not for me.
