It is that I never DNF a book but.... blimey this is a tough one to get through.
The second half of the book I really liked but the first half is so slow and boring it took me ages to get through

So much action! I love how this ended. Sabine did bother me most of the time but she had a big part to play in the overall story. I think I would give this series a 4.7 overall I really enjoyed it and would probably read it again.

I absolutely loved bone criers moon but this disappointed me. I felt like it was a copy paste of the first book and got boring the more I read

First half was okay, but I kept waiting for certain things to happen. I liked the second half better, with lots of stuff going on, new revelations, character development. The second half had some more of that depth I was hoping for (and missed in book 1). The last 70 pages or so it was impossible to put this book down.

I think it's a lovely duology with lots of fabulous elements. I'd certainly recommend it.
