The pacing is really off on this book but all the girls are slaying. Where’s the female-led Wheel of Time re-write? Rand can come too

The Great Hunt was such a amazing book. I feel like I really connected with the world and all the characters in the sequel way more then in the first book. The world building was definitely on another level compared to Eye of the World.
I love Rand al’Thor, he’s such an interesting take on the chosen one trope. Even when everything points to him being the dragon reborn, he’s just like nah not true bro. He’s so dam stubborn. I loved how it all played out in the end and I am super excited to see where he goes.
The hunt for the horn was really cool. The Seanchan were super evil and I hated them so dam much; and I thought the White Cloaks were bad. All the side characters were really cool with Nynaeve being the stand out side character. All the stuff we get to learn about the Aes Sedai and their training is really great too.
All around a amazing fantasy novel. I’m so happy I started The Wheel Of Time series. I’m still a little daunted by the amount of book but I think I’m gonna have a great time with it.
