You have to be at least somewhat on board with sleep training to like this book, but if you are, it has some good strategies for implementing that don't feel too hard. I will say, some parts early on made me feel a little judges, so if you're sensitive to sleep training talk or just in a bad way about sleep but maybe not ready to go full on, I might jump around or wait on this. BUT if you're open to it and okay to take or leave things, worth checking out! I liked it better as it went on, and appreciate that it categorizes strategies by age.
