Even better than Ivan's story! Great jumping off points for discussion and upredictable storyline (if you don't read the blurb which gives way too much away.

I listened to this book, and Danny Devito was the voice of Bob Lol. That was fun. I thought it was a great story. I don’t think it was as good as The One and Only Ivan, but it was a nice read. It was nice to hear more of Bob’s back story and also sad ❤️

Loved Bob’s story. Not quite the emotional punch or brilliant writing as Ivan, but it was a very, very solid follow-up.

So much fun being back in this world, especially in Bob's head!

I loved this book!! I think Bob is a very compelling character with so much to teach all of us. I love that Ivan and Ruby were also included in the book. I think this book will be a great book to use with middle grades students. The writing was beautiful! You can't go wrong with a Katherine Applegate book.

I might like this even more than One and Only Ivan. Bob is such a fun character - charming and hilarious. The dog brain is a joy to dive into. The heroism and bravery of the animals is heartwarming. Great read!

It had some good parts but overall it was a pourly written storyline. The whole side quest thing with bob's sister and her child was weirdly portrayed and unnecessary. I was really looking forward to this one but, it just ain't it.

If you liked "The One and Only Ivan", this is a must read.

It's similar to The one and only Ivan. The struggles of life but friends help you through. Some sadness but laughter. End was a little lack luster and seemed to wrap thing up super fast.

Page one I was smiling
Page two I laughed out loud
Page three I was in love!
Katherine Applegate does it again
A must read for the entire family.
